What to look for.

The material grade, manufacturing process and finishing need to be reviewed together. Ask for a manufacturer's specification sheet, and request samples when strength, appearance or compliance is critical.

Single wall

One fluted medium between two liners.

Double wall

Two flute mediums separated by a liner for higher support.

Different flute profiles

Fine flutes for compact printing or larger flutes for cushioning, subject to specification.
